Teaching in the Institute of Thermal Technology comprises lectures, problem solving classes, projects, laboratories and seminars in the six branches of studies offered by the Faculty of Energy and Environmental Engineering:
The students of Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering and Biotechnology are offered both BSc and MSc courses while students of Safety Engineering and Environmental Protection are offered only BSc courses. Details of curricula within particular branches of studies can be found at the following website. The Institute of Thermal Technology provides also courses in English. This includes classes for small group of students studying Energy and Environmental Engineering in the Interbranch Studies combining Energy Engineering with Environmental Engineering. The ITT academic staff is involved in full time and part time courses in Gliwice as well as in Engineering Education Centre in Rybnik. ITT is also involved in the student industrial trainings, both the vacation and individual ones, which are important for the specialization of the student. |
